Maryland parents hadn’t realized they left behind their 3-year-old daughter Harmony at Chuck E Cheese until they saw her picture on the evening news, according to ABC News.

Both of Harmony’s parents, who share custody, assumed that their daughter went home from a large party at the Bel Air, Md. theme restaurant with other relatives. However, when the girl later approached a staff member because she was thirsty, the restaurant manager discovered she was there alone and promptly alerted sheriff’s deputies around 8 p.m.

The deputies asked the local news media to put Harmony’s picture on the evening news. Soon after the 11 p.m. newscast aired, the Harford County Sheriff’s Office received multiple phone calls, including calls from the girl’s  parents.

After police determined that Harmony’s abandonment was unintentional, Child Protective Services released her to her mother. No charges are expected to be filed.
