Secret recordings of conversations between “Rocky” star Sylvester Stallone and his half-sister Toni-Ann Filiti, who claimed he “abused” her, were destroyed as part of a multi-million dollar settlement, according to the New York Post.

In the 1987 settlement, Stallone reportedly paid Filiti $2 million in addition to $16,666.66 per month for life and $50,000 a year for psychiatric and medical bills. Toni-Ann Filiti was the star’s half-sister and died last August.

According to the Post, the Stallone settlement was extremely secretive and detailed. One document only refers to Stallone as “S.” A letter to Filiti from her attorney reads, “This is to acknowledge receipt from you of a total of six cassette tapes, four of which contain conversations between you and your older half-brother who we are referring to as S.”

Further correspondence from Filiti’s lawyer reads, “You understand that in accordance with the terms of the settlement agreement between you and S., I and your father are required to destroy all tapes.”

Filiti’s father Anthony did not take his daughter’s side  regarding the matter. The New York Post claims that he threatened to disown Toni-Ann over the incident, writing, “I will pay for you to legally change your name.”

Jackie, the mother of the “Rocky” star and Filiti, refutes the abuse claims as well. “Sylvester caved in,” says Jackie. “It was a very serious thing: Toni-Ann blackmailed him. She threatened Sly, quite frankly. This was nothing more than a shakedown.”

Jackie cites money woes as her daughter’s motivation, claiming that she was “on 65 Oxycontin pills a day” and “a drug addict.”

The New York Post reports that additional tapes are in existence that would unveil more info about the 66-year-old Stallone’s chaotic family. To date, the truth about the alleged abuse remains a mystery.
