The Auto Club 400 at Fontana

Jimmie Johnson and the rest of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series finish up the NASCAR Goes West road trip with 200 laps at Auto Club Speedway. ‘Superman’ has stumbled out of the gate so far in 2017, failing to secure a top-5 finish through the first four races of the season. Despite the tough start, the defending Cup Series champion has a great opportunity to get back on track at Fontana. With a Cup Series record six career victories at Auto Club, Johnson has dominated the 2-mile track throughout his career, including a checkered flag here last season. Can ‘JJ’ drive to Victory Lane for a seventh time at Fontana, or will his early-season struggles continue? Catch all the action live on FOX, and check back here for live lap updates and the latest highlights. The race goes go green at 3:30pm ET.
