1. The Open – Round 3

Details: Saturday, July 19 @ 7:00 AM ET – Royal Liverpool Golf Club – Liverpool, London, England

Watch Here: ESPN on XFINITY

Why Watch? Rory McIlroy has been unstoppable. He’s gone out and shot back-to-back 66’s, is 12-under for the tournament, and has a four-stroke lead as king of the leaderboard. Round Three, or moving day, at the 143rd British Open could be another round that lands Rory closer to the Claret Jug, or could someone like Dustin Johnson or Sergio Garcia skyrocket up the standings? I’ve got my eyes on you Rickie Fowler, and that somewhat ridiculous facial hair. They tee off early, so brew the coffee, set the alarm, and get up for golf!

Who are these stars that look to separate themselves during Saturday’s showcase? Brittney Griner (Phoenix Mercury), Elena Delle Donne (Chicago Sky), and Skylar Diggins (Tulsa Shock). Other All-Stars that will ball-out will be Maya Moore, averaging 24.1 PPG at the break, Chiney Ogwumike (2014 No. 1 overall pick), and everyone’s favorite point guard – Diana Taurasi. 3. Sounders vs. Tottenahm Hotspur

Details: Saturday, July 19 @ 4:00 PM ET – CenturyLink Field – Seattle, WA

Watch Here: ESPN2 on XFINITY

Why Watch? The USMNT made their statement in the World Cup. Survived Group G, took Belgium to the wire, showed they wouldn’t go down without a fight, and now we’re seeing if the sport will carry that momentum to the MLS. Now this is just a friendly match, but I think it means so much more for the MLS – it’s a statement match. Can they hang with the BPL’s Hotspur? Many will get their first look at Tottenham’s new manager, Mauricio Pochettino, and how we’ll align his starting XI. The MLS vs. BPL – take notice Saturday afternoon.
