Tori Spelling Renewed, ‘Deal Or No Deal’ Gets A Chimp, GSN Launches Awards, And More

Tori Spelling Picked Up: Oxygen has renewed the Tori Spelling reality hit, ‘Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood’ for a fourth season. The series premieres Tuesday, May 26 and comes with a package deal – the network has also greenlit new webisodes based on her book, ‘Mommywood,’ and a couple’s makeover show.

Deal Is Back: ‘Deal or No Deal’ is back, with some very inhuman contestants – literally. The show, premiering May 4 with two back-to-back episodes, will feature a single mom struggling with money, a teacher who still lives at home, an aspiring bar owner, a phobic musician…and a chimp!

GSN Awards: The Game Show Network is making TV history, with the development of ‘The Game Show Awards,’ the first show of its kind, airing June 6 on GSN. The show will honor old and new series and will pay homage to game show legends like Bob Barker and Monty Hall. Award categories will include Most Outrageous Game Show Contestant and Favorite Parting Gift.

The Family From Hell: TBS is jumping into the animation genre by developing a new series to rival ‘The Simpsons.’ ‘Neighbors From Hell’ from Fox TV will follow the Hellman family – an all-American suburban fam that has one minor flaw – they come from hell. Pam Brady, South Park alum, is behind the new show.
