Being Dr. Death: Al Pacino will portray Dr. Jack Kevorkian in the HBO film, ‘You Don’t Know Jack,’ which follows the life of the doctor who infamously assisted in over 150 terminally ill-based suicides. Stranger Than Fiction: A couple – real estate agents Scott and Melinda Tamkin – is suing CSI producer and former client Sarah Goldfinger for defamation of character – for possibly portraying the two on an episode of CSI in a very bad light. The characters, who mirror them even in name, are involved in “bondage, pornography, drunkenness, marital discord, depression, financial straits and possibly even murder.” Watch full episodes of CSI.
Law & Order Finale: Carol Kane and Nick Stahl will guest star on the season finale episode of Law & Order: SVU; Kane will portray Detective Munch’s (Richard Belzer) ex-wife, and Stahl will play a murderer. In the show, the investigation into the death of a woman is ruined due to a “clerical error.” “We’re thrilled to have Gwen Munch return to her true love, Detective John Munch, to help lead him to a deranged killer (Nick Stahl) who is after a member of the SVU family,” said executive producer Neal Baer.
God Gets Own Show: Televangelist Robert A. Schuller, host of “The Hour of Power” has partnered with former CBS producer and creator of the religious-based GodTube, Chris Wyatt, and has bought out AmericanLife TV to create a new Christian network. Expect new “family friendly” programming on the channel in the fall.
