Reservations for a million people?

It was no problem for Bravo’s new cooking competition, ‘Top Chef Masters.’ The summertime spinoff was watched earlier this week by 1.37 million viewers, making it the highest rated Wednesday premiere in the network’s history.

French-born chef and author Hubert Keller of the San Francisco restaurant Fleur de Lys won the first round of competition. Who is Keller? Learn more about him and the other masters below.
