Opening Wide: Taking Woodstock & Double Horror

Here are the films that are opening nationwide this weekend, and should very well be in a theater near you. To help celebrate the 40th anniversary of the landmark event, we have Taking Woodstock, a dramedy about the behind-the-scenes events that shaped the legendary festival. Then, two competing horror movies open on the same day – The Final Destination, which gives us 3D thrills, and Rob Zombie’s Halloween II, the conclusion to his reimagineering of the Michael Myers saga.
