Inside sources claim ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8‘ is officially dunzo.
TLC revealed the end is near in a new promo for the reality series saying, “With only a limited number of episodes remaining, Jon and Kate spend quality time with those who matter.”
“‘Jon & Kate Plus 8’ is ending in mid-to-late November, as previously reported,” a TLC spokeswoman said in the New York Post.
The future of the Gosselins on TV at all is now in question.
A Jon-less version of the show called ‘Kate Plus 8’ was scheduled to return on Nov. 2, but TLC shut down production after Jon Gosselin launched a legal war, claiming filming had become ‘detrimental’ to his children.
“TLC has no plans to film unless the situation is resolved,” according to a report on Radaronline. “Obviously they are not shooting anymore [footage] so they are taking what they have and seeing how many more episodes they can get out of it.”
The divorcing couple appeared in court this week, where a judge ordered them to work out their differences–and ordered Jon to repay Kate $180,000.
