Jon Gosselin Says “No, Thanks” To Octomom

Jon Gosselin says he’s not interested in Octomom.

After being told by a paparazzo that Nadya “Octomom” Suleman thought he was “hot,” Gosselin looked uncomfortable. When asked what he thought about the opportunity, he responded, “No way! I want to get through this divorce and focus on my kids….. its kind of weird though.”

Earlier this week, Suleman said to that she had “a crush on Jon Gosselin.”

And speaking of focusing on his kids…the father of eight is now seeking spiritual guidance to raise his children.

Gosselin was in the audience at the “Values to Heal America” event in Manhattan’s Central Synagogue on Sunday, where spiritual and community leaders gathered to talk about religion in America. When it was time for questions, he asked the panelists “What are two or three values can I use to raise good kids?”

The panel consisted of famed Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel, Newark, N.J. mayor Corey Booker and Dr. Mehmet Oz.

Wiesel suggested “not to be a hypocrite. Children see hypocrisy and they don’t respect it,” while Oz responded, “kids don’t always do what their parents tell them to, but do they what their parents do. [Don’t get] caught up in the Hollywood hype. This is your family, and your must care for them.”

After the event, Rabbi Schmuley, told Usmagazine that he found Gosselin “very genuine.  I believe he has his kids’ best interests at heart. I know he is in a very difficult position — he’s doing his best to do the right things moving forward.”
