In honor of the 20th season of ‘Survivor,’ which starts Thursday (CBS, 8 p.m.) with an all-star cast of former champions and players, we gathered a group of castaways to share some of their favorite odd memories.

Survivor: Pearl Islands‘ and ‘Survivor: Fans Vs. Favorites

“Rupert’s [Boneham] balls. He made that little skirt thing, and every time we had to canoe we’d draw straws to see who’d be in front of Rupert. And I won more reward challenges than anyone in the history of the show, but I always drew the short straw and had to sit in front of Rupert.”

Survivor: Gabon‘ and ‘Survivor: Heroes Vs. Villains

“I was so constipated in Gabon that I had diamond-hard rock pellets covering like 18 inches of my colon that I had to dig out by hand. It took me like a week and a half, and when I finally got through them all, my system was back to normal. And they don’t show that on TV. I’d swim out into the middle of the lake and perform surgery on myself, dog paddling for hours.”

Survivor: The Australian Outback,’ ‘Survivor: All Stars,’ and ‘Survivor: Heroes Vs. Villains

“Richard Hatch’s penis. We called it the turtle because it was always hiding.”

Survivor: China‘ and ‘Survivor: Heroes Vs. Villains

“Jeff Probst showed us his nipple once at tribal council. That was really weird.”

Survivor: Gabon

“The grossest thing I saw out there was probably Susie (Smith) pretty close to naked. Sorry, Susie.”

Survivor: Gabon

“The oddest thing I saw was my own body. For God sakes I had a moustache! The grossest thing is that I stunk.”
