‘SVU’ star Richard Belzer is out of ‘Order.’

The actor is accused of assaulting an employee at a Manhattan Apple store Wednesday, reports the New York Daily News.

The alleged attack occurred between Belzer, 65, and 21-year-old Apple employee Milan Agnew, who claims Belzer “grabbed her by the shoulders, shook her, choked her and barked, ‘I need help!'”

The recent college grad called 911 and later filed a complaint with the NYPD, alleging ‘harassment,’ a minor violation.

Belzer, who plays Sgt. John Munch on the NBC series, was questioned by police and let go. He told officers he was “just joking,” according to sources.

Agnew and her family are allegedly angry that the ‘Law & Order: SVU‘ star was not charged with assault.

A witness is surprised Belzer wasn’t charged too. “If it was one of us, we’d be locked up right now,” said Jonathan Fox, 37, who also tells the Daily News that the actor was “waving to people and shaking hands” after the bizarre incident.
