The newest episode of ‘19 Kids and Counting‘ showed off the littlest child Josie and the good news of her weight gain.
Dr. Arrington said that “since birth Josie has gained 24 ounces. She is now gaining half an ounce a day.” Mom Michelle is overjoyed at the progress her little daughter is making and talked about how tiny she is. “She’s doing well; she just doesn’t have a lot of meat on her bones.”
“She’s so beautiful,” proud papa Jim Bob said as he visited his daughter for the first time in two weeks. As shown on an earlier clip on RadarOnline.com, Jim Bob is keeping the family updated with videos of Josie taken on an iPhone.
The Duggar’s are still living in Little Rock, Arkansas, three hours from their home in Springdale, and the show focuses on the mischief the smallest children manage to get into in their temporary home. Michelle said that when they moved into the home it was “like camping out, which is fun.”
Video Update: Josie Duggar Is Growing Every Day:
“The stairs are their favorite,” she admits. Cute little Jackson and Johannah are asked what their favorite thing in the house is and Jackson whispers “stairs” to Johannah and when she answers “the downstairs” he exclaims “I told her to say that!” The children are shown sliding down the stairs and building forts in their new home.

Little Jordyn is taken care of by her older siblings, but as Mom Michelle said, “Jordyn has learned she can get hurt when she’s dropped!”
Michelle talks about her responsibilities for Josie at home. “I spend six to eight hours a day making milk – it’s a full time job.” She is pumping 750 milliliters a day and a pop up reads “750 mL is about 1/5 of a gallon. Josie is expected to drink 4.5 gallons of milk a week when she comes home.” Michelle jokes “I wasn’t kidding when I said I was the Dairy Queen.”

Josie Duggar is in the Arkansas Children’s Hospital, and the entire Duggar family participates in a Radio-thon to raise money for the hospital.
“No child is ever turned away regardless of ability to pay,” a hospital administrator says.
“We are thrilled to give back,” said Michelle. All of the children answered the phones and took pledges. Josiah, the family comedian, answered a phone call and teased about the amount pledged “$2 million dollars!” Unfortunately for the hospital, it wasn’t $2milllion dollars, but the family did have a great time talking to callers.
’19 and Counting’ Airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.
