Although ‘The Bachelor‘ season is over, the drama lives on, especially for the most controversial contestant, Rozlyn Papa. According to TheWrap, the bachelorette is suing Time Warner, its gossip site, TMZ, and a porn site that claimed she was in a sex tape.

Papa, who first made tabloid headlines for her alleged romantic liaison with a former producer on the show, states that she was falsely advertised as the woman in the 15-second video clip and is seeking $6 million “for lost income, invasion of privacy, lost reputation, and mental anguish.” She’s also demanding financial compensation from the video’s sales.

The male actor in the video, Lexington Steele, concurs that Papa is not the woman in the 2004 adult film. Papa claims that the look-alike is actually a Czech porn star called Lucy B.

What do you think? Does the controversial blond have a right to sue for $6 million in damages or does this make her scarred reputation look even worse?
