If Jesse wants to avoid suspicion from the IRS, then he needs to find a legitimate money laundering scheme. Good luck convincing him.

In a preview for Sunday’s episode of ‘Breaking Bad,’ ‘Kafkaesque,’ Jesse joins Saul Goodman – mid-pedicure – at a nail salon (the former’s would-be future business if only he would listen).

Jesse, whose endlessly childish shoot-himself-in-the-foot stubbornness has grown to epically frustrating proportions this season, doesn’t see the value in filtering his funds, despite Saul’s useful nail polish/cotton ball demonstration of Money Laundering 101. (For a guy who has been reminded numerous times of just how fleeting prosperity can be, you’d think he’d wisen up and listen to his lawyer – who, it should be noted, saved Jesse from DEA persecution just weeks ago by virtue of a phony phonecall to Hank.)

So will Jesse come around if he sees Walt seize the opportunity? And if Walt does become salon patron, does that leave Jesse out in the cold when the taxman comes a-knocking?
