What To Watch: Tuesday

TOP PICK:Glee‘ (9pm ET on Fox)

Neil Patrick Harris re-teams with his “Dr. Horrible” director Joss Whedon in tonight’s episode. And NPH’s character Bryan Ryan squares off with former Glee club rival Mr. Schu…just the latest in a series of can’t miss episodes from this surging show. (Fox just announced that Glee will be airing in the highly coveted post-Super Bowl slot next year as well).

In an episode directed by Emmy Award winner Joss Whedon, Mr. Schuester’s former high school nemesis, Bryan Ryan (guest star Neil Patrick Harris), causes trouble for the glee club. Meanwhile, Rachel struggles with a life-long personal issue, and Artie’s dreams take him on an adventure.

KEY EPISODE:Lost‘ (9pm ET on ABC)

After last week’s controversial episode that answered a few questions but seemed to ask a lot more – (the shining light? Who was that woman?), the pressure is on for tonight’s penultimate episode to really deliver.

While Locke devises a new strategy, Jack’s group searches for Desmond. Michelle Rodriguez (Ana Lucia), Tania Raymonde (Alex) and Mira Furlan (Rousseau) guest star.

WATCH:90210‘ (8pm ET on The CW)

In the second season finale, be ready to say buh-bye to Harry, as it’s already been announced he won’t be returning next season. And the troublemaking Jen gets herself into even more trouble.

Annie and Liam test out the waters with his new boat, where they share their darkest secrets. Little do they know that someone is nearby and decides to share an explosive flame of gasoline with Liam’s boat. Liam finally tells Naomi their relationship isn’t working, leaving her more alone than ever.

DVR:V‘ (10pm ET on ABC)

All bets are off in the season finale – and the moment we’ve all been waiting for is almost here – Val gives birth to her half-human/half-alien baby. We can only hope it’s as memorable as the alien baby birth in the original series.

The episode opens with the V soldier still on the hunt for Val, while for her part, Val’s water breaks and her baby with Ryan will soon be born. Meanwhile Erica, tired of being on the defensive, decides to go on the offensive and gets herself and Tyler invited up to the Mothership for a get-to-know-everyone-better dinner.

DVR:American Idol‘ (8pm ET on Fox)

And then there were three – Crystal, Lee and Casey. Casey’s already gone way past where he should have – and anything less than a Lee-Crystal showdown next week would be a big letdown.

The three remaining finalists take the stage to perform live for the nation! After the performances, it is once again up to America to vote. Tune in to see who sizzles and who fizzles in the “3 Finalists Compete” episode.
