Good news for the Duggar family of TLC’s other ‘multiples’ hit, ‘19 and Counting.’

Josie Duggar is home from the hospital, People reports, and this time the family hopes it’s for good.

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar’s 19th baby has been released from the Arkansas hospital where she’s been under care since the preemie suffered a setback in April.

Little Josie was born premature in December at just 25 weeks gestation, and has faced a series of health issues, including a perforated bowel. After stabilizing and gaining weight, Josie was released from the ICU on April 6th but was rushed to the ER a few days later when her vital signs weakened.

With her digestive issues under control and having grown to 7 lbs. 6 oz., Josie is now back with her 18 siblings at the Duggars’ home in Little Rock.

“We’re so happy that she’s doing so well,” Michelle tells People. “She’s finally home, home, home.”
