Married ‘Bones‘ star David Boreanaz is being sued for sexual harassment, according to court papers filed Thursday in Los Angeles and obtained by TMZ.

The plaintiff filing suit is Kristina Hagan, an actress who worked as an extra on ‘Bones’ in August 2009. She alleges that Boreanaz sent her “sexually inappropriate text messages,” at one point told her he was “the boss” and as such could “make things happen for her.”

And once while out driving, Hagan alleges that Boreanaz – after unsuccessfully trying to kiss and grope her  – parked the car, “unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and….” Well, you can follow the above TMZ link for the rest.

UPDATE: Boreanaz’s rep addressed the suit, telling E! Online, “The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct … are totally fabricated and absurd. There is no validity to this lawsuit.”

‘House’ Suit Claims ‘Degenerate Conduct’ On Set

Boreanaz just this past May copped to an instance of cheating on his wife, actress/Playboy Playmate Jaime Bergman (‘Son Of The Beach’), saying in a statement, “I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with. She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion.”

Boreanaz did not identify his alleged blackmailer, but did go on to call his own behavior “irresponsible.”

Humiliated ‘Talent’ Contestant Sues Simon Cowell

At the time of Boreanaz’s admission, Rachel Uchitel – who had recently been outed as a mistress of golf great Tiger Woods – was going around speaking of her own past indiscretion with the ‘Bones’ star. Uchitel claimed that she was in possession of text messages in which Boreanaz “repeatedly expressed his deep love and affection towards me.”

Uchitel is now taping the new season of VH1’s ‘Celebrity Rehab,” where she is by some accounts seeking treatment for her ill-advised romantic choices.
