Here’s what’s opening in theaters nationwide this weekend. Angelina Jolie’s mysterious spy thriller Salt finally blasts its way into theaters so you can find out what everybody’s been so cryptic about, and the adaptation of Beverly Cleary’s classic kid-lit series comes to the screen with Ramona and Beezus. Also, if you’re lucky enough to live in one of the selected cities, you can bring back all those Cold War nightmares of nuclear annihilation by watching the documentary Countdown to Zero, which reminds us all that the fall of Russia never necessarily meant the end to the threat of mushroom clouds.
