Hiedrich, who plays SAMCRO bookkeeper Bobby on the gritty FX drama, was originally pulled over as part of a routine traffic stop. At some point during the pullover, however, the actor allegedly got testy and “went after” one of the officers, TMZ reports.

Additional officers were summoned to the scene, and Hiedrich was taken into custody on charges of assaulting an officer and resisting arrest.
