Watching ‘The Real Housewives of (You Name It)’ is like an alien abduction. First you see a flash of light (in this case, from your TV); next, a throng of unnatural-looking—and at times—scary faces glaring back at you; and before you know it, your brain and soul get forcibly extracted from your body, changing you forever!

Well, get ready to be abducted once again! South Beach is Bravo’s new experimental playground for its reality TV dynasty, so before you head on out to a nude beach, add this gem to your DVR—’The Real Housewives of Miami’! Ay dios mio!

Although the show was originally entitled ‘Miami Social Club’ and was intended to be completely separate from ‘The Real Housewives’ franchise, producers ultimately decided to add it onto their favorite reality cash cow, reports E! News.

“It’s going to be a tamer, sexier show,” a source reveals. (Like the ‘Real Housewives of D.C.’? Because we all know that show’s got killer ratings!)

So when should your TV screens expect to be violated? Since production has already wrapped up, get ready for the onslaught some time between November and January.

As for the cast of characters, Miami Heat player Glen Rice’s ex-wife, Christy, and Scottie Pippin’s wife Larsa are confirmed. Other big names (which no doubt you’ve heard of) are: Venue Magazine editor Alexia Echeverria, South Beach drag queen Elaine Lancaster, PR extraordinaire Marysol Patton, charity planner Lea Black, and art world maven Adriana Sidi.

Are you excited that another ‘Real Housewives’ spin-off is on the horizon? Will you tune-in? We will be … at least to con-drag-u-late Miss Lancaster.
