Three new movies are premiering on Xfinity On Demand today, all with their own unique flavor. We’ve got the amazing animated blockbuster film How to Train Your Dragon finally flying its way into your homes, but we’ve also got a different kind of creature roaming the earth in Monsters, an eerie alien invasion film that you can see in your own home just as it also hits movie theaters today. There’s also Night Catches Us, which doesn’t debut in movie theaters until December, but you can watch this stirring drama right now from the comfort of your own home. How to Train Your Dragon
A compelling story of a young outcast viking teen who longs to be a dragon hunter until he actually befriends the most feared beastie of them all – the Night Fury. Night Catches Us
Anthony Mackie stars as Marcus, a man returning to Philadelphia in 1976 for the first time since he was branded a snitch in the Black Panther Party and forced to skip town to escape. Coming back for his father’s funeral, he has to deal with strained relationships with people he once called his friends, and spends some time with Patricia (Kerry Washington), the woman he used to love and the widow of the man Marcus was accused of betraying.

Two people trapped in a Mexico ravaged by giant tentacled alien beasts try to find their way back to America through the “infected zone” without meeting a grisly end.
