Medical Emergency Won’t Sideline ‘Khloe & Lamar’s Kardashian Bro

Rob Kardashian was all set to do press alongside his sisters for the debut of the E!’s latest Kardashian spinoff, “Khloe & Lamar” until an emergency appendectomy Tuesday sidelined him from talking about his big part in the new series. But he’s on the mend, says big sister, Khloe Kardashian-Odom. “He just got to my house right now,” she told Thursday afternoon. “He had to stay in the hospital two or three nights” – longer than normal, she added, “because they thought he might have had pneumonia too. It was really crazy.”

As he recuperates, Khole is nursing a serious case of guilt. “I feel bad because Kourtney and I were so mean to him,” she said. “When he was in bed, we were like, ‘You’re hung-over, aren’t you?’ He was like, ‘No, I’m really not, my stomach hurts so bad.’ We just kept teasing him because we thought he drank too much. We were so mean.” How’s she making it up to him? “I made him food this morning for when he came home from the hospital,” she said. “I got him matzo ball soup. Trust me, he’s taken care of. My assistant is there waiting on him hand and foot. I told her to just take care of him today.”

Fans will get a good look at Rob on “Khloe & Lamar,” which debuts April 10 at 10 p.m. on E! The 24-year-old is still living at Khloe and husband Lamar Odom’s home. He also gets involved with managing the girl band, BG5, that Kris Jenner was managing. “I get why he’s staying with us,” she explained. “It’s a beautiful house and I take care of him. [But] I did not want Rob to move in with us. Lamar asked Rob to move in with us because Lamar’s on the road a lot and he didn’t feel comfortable with me being home alone in this big house. I’m comfortable. But he wasn’t.” And Rob and Lamar are tight. “I think Lamar loves playing video games with him,” she said. “Honestly, I think that’s why he wants him with us.”
