So many deals, so little time. What’s a bargain-seeking fashionista to do?
Melissa Rivers has one solution: The red carpet diva – and host of E! channel’s “Fashion Police” – has launched her very own discount website, Shoparazzi.com.
“We aggregate and curate all the top deals of the day,” she says. “We search all the daily deals and then we post the top four. We help you cut through the clutter.”
Just nine weeks old, the fledgling site already has more than 28,000 fans on Facebook and has become a favorite of celebrities and soccer moms alike by offering everything from pumps and platform shoes to mobile spray tans – often at 50 percent or more off retail price.
“I would wake up and have to go through more than a dozen email offers (from sites like Groupon),” Rivers tells us. “I wanted to find a way to put all the best ones in one place.”
Melissa and her team of well-heeled bargain hunters scour nearly six dozen deal sites each morning and hand pick the ones to pass along to their readers.
“Even celebrities like a good deal,” she laughs.
Melissa says she recently signed on to appear with her mother in the second season of WE-TV’s “Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best.”
