Is laundering millions of dollars together the best way to save your marriage? It has done wonders for Walt (Bryan Cranston) and Skyler’s (Anna Gunn) relationship on “Breaking Bad.” Skyler’s embrace of the criminal lifestyle has been one of the highlights of this season. She and Walt are becoming the middle-aged, suburban “Bonnie and Clyde.” In this week’s episode, “Bullet Points,” they do a little gambling. The game is blackjack. In this preview clip, Walt plans to use his mathematical prowess to count cards. But Skyler seems to be the one with all the winning hands.

Also of note is Skyler’s one-way phone conversation with Marie (Bestsy Brandt) at the beginning of the scene. Out of context her dialogue about “bringing everyone up to speed,” before telling Walt that there’s “no way out now,” makes it sound like they might be telling Hank (Dean Norris) and Marie about Walt’s career as a meth manufacturer. Since that would pretty much ruin the show, it’s a good bet that they are going to reveal something else. According to AMC’s official, incredibly vague description of the episode, “The Cartel takes steps to gain the upper hand. Walt and Skyler share an embarrassing secret with the rest of the family. Jesse’s activities draw unwanted attention.” Maybe Walt is going to confess that he wears tighty-whities. Tune in on Sunday night to find out.
