The “Jersey Shore” gang is making the rounds on television with a surprising declaration from Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and a plea for a “big ring” from Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi.
On Tuesday’s “Tonight Show,” Jay Leno had some fun with The Situation by asking him to treat fellow guest Jesse Eiseberg (“30 Minutes or Less,” “The Social Network”) that he’s an attractive Italian woman so he can show off his pickup lines.
“I would have to say, ‘Ciao, senorina.’ That means ‘Hello miss’ in Italian.’ Then, I would go in for some sort of compliment and I would say, ‘Che dolce,’ which means ‘You are sweet.’ From that particular point, ‘Andiamo alla casa,’ ‘Let’s go to the house.’”

Meanwhile, the 4’9″ Snooki took to the “Good Morning America” airwaves Wednesday morning to defend her intelligence, and speak out on the alleged hookup that Situation revealed on the season’s debut episode, which brought in 9 million viewers, the show’s highest premiere yet.
On the situation with the Situation, Snooki said, “Me and Mike we’ve always been really good friends, but um, like I said a lot of drama in Italy so you’re just gonna have to wait and see what happens.” Her boyfriend, Jionni LaValle was in tow and she admitted that she is “so down with making guido babies with him” and asked him for a “big ring.”
As for what’s going on upstairs, she declared, “People are like, ‘Oh my God you can read?’ I went to college. Even though I lack common sense sometimes, I am book smart.” Her new book is out in November.
