MSNBC’s Contessa Brewer Exits as Anchor

MSNBC news anchor Contessa Brewer is leaving her anchor position at the network, according to TV Newser.

Brewer, who joined MSNBC in 2003, anchors the Noon hour on MSNBC and hosts the weekend docu-series “Caught on Camera.” She will remain as host of “Caught” and will be involved in other projects for NBC News and MSNBC.

Her final daily news cast is today. Brewer’s replacement has not yet been named but will debut after Labor Day.
