Despite the abundance of rather incriminating photos and many reports claiming that Nancy Grace suffered a wardrobe malfunction – a nip slip, if you will – the CNN host insists nothing happened on Monday’s episode of “Dancing With the Stars.”
“Tonight when we were doing our hop scotch portion of our dance, there was a little bit of movement but it did not rise to a wardrobe malfunction,” Grace told reporters after the show.

If you look at the clip, there’s a lot of flesh jiggling around. As Grace explains it: “We have got every precaution known to man in this dress right here. I’m talking industrial strength precautions. So there may have been a little bit of, as Tristan said, jiggling. But there absolutely was not a wardrobe malfunction.”
Grace has quite a sense of humor about herself. When asked if she was offended by judge Bruno Tonioli’s comment that her Jive Monday, which earned her a 21, was “a little top heavy,” referring to her rather ample bosom, she said, “I take it very lightly. In fact, I didn’t even understand his joke last week when he said, ‘Oh you brought the twins.’ And I pointed them out, ‘Yeah, they’re right over there in the front row.’ I didn’t get it.”
