UPDATE: According to “Housewives” wrangler/Bravo executive Andy Cohen, the cast of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” is remaining intact and is not being eviscerated like half of the “New York” cast is for next season.
“We have a great finale coming up for the ‘Housewives of New Jersey’ and an even better reunion,” Cohen told Access Hollywood Tuesday.
“The cast is solid and they’re staying there. Everything that you’ve read has been untrue… They’re all coming back!” he added.
It seems like Bravo’s in the mood to clean House(wives). After giving “Real Housewives of New York City” socialites Jill Zarin, Alex McCord, and Kelly Bensimon the pink slip, the network is said to be shaking things up in New Jersey.
As for which current cast member(s) might not be returning for another season of “Real Housewives of New Jersey“, rumor has it that Jacqueline Laurita has already quit the show.
Us Weekly reports that the 40-year-old reality star took to Twitter late Tuesday night to vent her frustrations, which seemed to be in context of the show’s overhaul. “To be honest, I’m tired of the bulls–t and s–tty low-life people. I didn’t even know this is what I signed up for,” she tweeted. “I have to rise above and move on.”
She also added: “I can’t be part of the charade anymore. It’s unsettling. It’s disturbing and against what I stand for. I’m a REAL housewife.”

As for her more notorious neighbor and castmate, Teresa Giudice, it looks like things might be looking a bit sunnier: The Fabulicious cookbook author is said to be joining the cast of this season’s “Celebrity Apprentice.” (Whether this means she’s in or out of the “Real Housewives” is anybody’s guess.)
According to RadarOnline, a casting agency had been given the greenlight to search for new “Housewives” in northern New Jersey and has already wrapped up casting.
So who could be the new tough cookies on the block?
One possibility is Mrs. New Jersey 2010 Claire Pavlinec. “You never know what the future holds,” she teasingly told Radar.
