File this under “things you’ll only see on ‘The Colbert Report.'” In honor of R.E.M.’s recent break-up,  Stephen Colbert concluded last night’s “Report” by placing the band’s frontman, Michael Stipe, on his memorabilia bookshelf.  The two, joined by previous guest Brian Eno, then closed out the show with an improbably excellent a capella performance of Bill Withers‘ “Lean on Me.” Take note for your next celebrity booking, “The Sing-Off.” Watch the trio sing “Lean on Me” below:
