Who dun it?
Last week’s elimination of Rachel Crow from ‘The X Factor’ seemed to thrust Nicole Scherzinger into the wrath of angry fans upset with her choice to let the decision go to audience vote instead of saving the young singer. Crow’s public breakdown on stage couldn’t have helped create sympathy for the Pussycat Dolls singer either.
But now comes this little diddy. TMZ is reporting that Scherzinger may have had some help in her decision.
The site released audio from the show that featured a brief discussion between co-judge Paula Abdul and Scherzinger. In the clip, it sounds like Abdul told her fellow singer to “Just let it go to a deadlock.” Shortly thereafter, she did and the public vote eliminated the young contestant.
Abdul and Scherzinger have both felt the anger of fans in recent weeks, with death threats and insults toward the pair following recent decisions of who to keep and who to cut from the show.
