“Real Housewives of New Jersey” couple Teresa and Joe Giudice are a fascinating study in psychology: The former has been accused of narcissism, while the latter is now seemingly an impostor.
According to RadarOnline, Joe G. was indicted by a New Jersey grand jury on Tuesday for fraudulently obtaining a driver’s license using his brother Pietro’s identity. The 40-year-old used his own mug but his bro’s stats (birth and marriage certificates) to get a license in place of his currently suspended one at the local DMV.
Authorities say Joe’s illegal ploy was discovered when Pietro was pulled over for a routine traffic stop in the spring, and Joe’s pic popped up. (Oh, if only they were identical twins.)
The wayward reality star is charged with two counts: impersonation and wrongfully using someone else’s identifying information. If convicted, he could possibly get 11 or more years in the clink.
Joe’s not new to breaking the law. He was previously arrested and sent to jail for 10 days for driving with a suspended license and was detained in February for being involved in a gorilla juice head brawl at a bar in the Dominican Republic.
