It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” star and creator Robert McElhenney has sold a comedy pilot to Fox.

The pilot, “Living Loaded,” is from 3 Arts and FX Productions. It is Fox’s first foray into pilot production with FX Productions.

McElhenney created it with “Always Sunny” executive producer Rob Rosell. They are also working together on the FX animated series “Unsupervised,” which debuts Jan. 19.

“Always Sunny” recently wrapped its seventh season, for which McElhenney gained 50 pounds because he thought it would be funny. (An aside: We saw him at a Fox party Sunday night, and he’s lost it all.)
