The oldest tradition stemming from the Golden Globes may be accepting the awards, but the second oldest is likely watching television hosts tell the world whether or not they liked what the stars wore to the event. Of course, with 16.8 million viewers watching on Sunday, it would seem irresponsible for the series to not address the elephant in the room the next day — who looked ghastly.
Over on “The View,” the daytime ladies welcomed “Project Runway’s” Tim Gunn, whose new series “The Revolution” just happened to be debuting on ABC later in the day. Gunn quickly jumped in to review the styles walking down the red carpet.
Winners, according to Gunn and the ladies, included Reese Witherspoon and Helen Mirren, with George Clooney and Stacy Keibler named “Best Dressed Couple.” Watch the clip for more…

On “Today,” Lisa Rinna and Jonathan Antin were invited in to share their thoughts, with major props going to the likes of Angelina Jolie, Kate Beckinsdale, Elle MacPherson, and Jessica Alba.
The gang disagreed, however, with “The View’s” assessment of Witherspoon, calling her style a “miss,” along with Claire Danes and Zooey Deschanel.
