“Deadliest Catch” co-star Elliott Neese is being accused of harassment, with former girlfriend Valerie Gunderson getting a judge to slap a restraining order against him.
The court documents, which were obtained by TMZ, state that the ship captain once called the mother of his child 38 times and sent 15 texts in less than an hour. She also claims that he once called her 54 times in one night, according to the story.
She alleges that on top of harassing her over the phone, he has also been drinking and “possibly using drugs” and fears that he could “snap” on her at any moment. She also says that Elliott called her mother and told her, “If I can’t have [Valerie] nobody can.”
The judge felt that there was some credibility to the charges and subsequently issued a temporary restraining order against Neese that barred him from contacting her in any way.
