NBC announced some exciting changes to its upcoming spring schedule, featuring the debut of three new series…and the return of cult favorite “Community” to its Thursday night line-up.

“Community” is back in its old Thursdays at 8/7c time slot beginning March 15, with “30 Rock” shifting to 8:30/7:30c, followed by “The Office” at 9/8c and “Up All Night” at 9:30/8:30c. “Parks and Recreation” returns on Thursday, April 19 in the 9:30 time slot after “Up All Night” ends its 24-episode run.

“We are happy to have an unprecedented amount of original content on NBC this spring,” said Robert Greenblatt, Chairman of NBC Entertainment. “‘Bent,’ ‘Best Friends Forever’ and ‘Betty White’s Off Their Rockers’ are welcome additions to the Wednesday schedule, and we know that the loyal fans of ‘Community’ will be pleased with its return to its home on Thursdays at 8:00 p.m.”

The new series will launch on the network’s Wednesday night line-up, with “Bent” bowing on Wednesday, March 21 (9/8c), while “Rockers” (8/7c) and “BFFs” (8:30/7:30c) will debut on Wednesday, April 4 after the season finales of “Whitney” and “Are You There, Chelsea.”

A little more info on the new series:

Bent” is a romantic comedy starring Amanda Peet (“Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip”) as an uptight divorcee who hires a laid-back, womanizing contractor (David Walton, “Perfect Couples”) to remodel her Venice home.

Best Friends Forever” is a sitcom about “old friends, new beginnings and awkward situations,” starring Jessica St. Clair (“Bridesmaids”) and Lennon Parham (“Accidentally on Purpose”).

Betty White’s Off Their Rockers,” which had a strong sneak preview back in January, is an unscripted series that “takes senior stereotypes and blows them out of the water with a cast of sassy septuagenarians who are hip, sexy and ready to party.”
