They’re baaack. “American Idol” alumni just can’t seem to stay away from the sometimes cringe-inducing, jam-packed results shows, and Season 11 has a slew of former non-winners scheduled to appear live.

There are no details as to what dates we’ll see some of our old friends, but expect appearances from Season 10’s runner-up Lauren Alaina and fourth-place rocker James Durbin as they work to drive sales of their albums, “Wildflower” and “Memories of a Beautiful Disaster,” respectively.

Also stopping by to promote a new album is Adam Lambert. His sophomore release, “Trespassing,” is due this spring.

On March 15, the only confirmed date so far, Season 5 alum Chris Daughtry will appear to promote his latest album, “Break the Spell.”

Unfortunately, there has been no word of an appearance by Season 6’s Sanjaya Malakar, but we’ll keep our fingers crossed.
