Bubbly “Bachelorette” Ali Fedotowsky is parlaying her reality TV fame into a new gig.
Fedotowsky will be the new host of “1st Look,” a lifestyle program that airs on NBC owned stations.
The reality star will travel across the country in search of the best places to eat, stay and play, taking viewers to new and exciting destinations each week. Fedotowsky’s first episode as host will air April 14.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Ali into the family,” said Marni Kupfer, Vice President of Lifestyle Production for NBC Owned Television Stations, in a statement. “We want our viewers to feel like they’ve been invited to go on an adventure with Ali each week as they discover new and exciting places together. The mix of Ali’s enthusiastic spirit and 1st Look style are sure to be a winning combo.”
“I love to travel and discover new places, so being a part of a show like 1st Look is a dream,” said Fedotowsky. “I can’t believe I get to call this my ‘job.'”
Fedotowsky appeared on Season 6 of ABC’s thorny romance reality show but did not get the happy ending with her last man standing, Roberto Martinez. The couple called it quits in November after an 18-month engagement.
