College buddies and “Nerd” icons Louis and “Booger” will be reunited once more, now that TBS has picked up reality series “King of the Nerds.”

The series, according to Deadline.com, will bring together Robert Carradine (who played Louis) and Curtis Armstrong (Booger) of “Revenge of the Nerds” fame as hosts and executive producers of the series.

“King of the Nerds” will serve as an eight-part series in which competitors test “their intellect, ingenuity, skills and pop-culture prowess,” according to the article. The players will compete first in teams before taking on individual challenges in later episodes. The series is set to debut on TBS sometime in early 2013.
