Fox has pulled the freshman sitcom “I Hate My Teenage Daughter” from its schedule effective immediately, the network announced Wednesday.

Fox previously announced plans to shelve the comedy clunker in April once “Glee” returned with new episodes, but now they’re yanking “Daughter” even earlier.

Repeats of “Raising Hope” will now air in its time slot at 8:30/7:30c on Tuesday, March 27 and April 3, filling the gap until “American Idol” expands to two hours and the “Glee” club is back in session.

The move comes the morning after Fox’s Tuesday night comedy block hit a season low with weak ratings across the board for “Teenage Daughter,” “New Girl,” “Breaking In” and “Raising Hope.” “Daughter” fell to a 1.2 in the 18-49 demo, while the canceled-then-uncanceled “Breaking In” was just a smidge ahead of it with a 1.3 rating.

The plan now is for the sitcom, which stars Jaime Pressly and Katie Finneran, to return this summer, but we wouldn’t be surprised if Fox grounds its “Teenage Daughter” for good.
