TV chefs Bobby Flay and Giada de Laurentiis are teaming up to co-host a new daytime talk show for CBS next year.

CBS Television Distribution is finalizing a deal to syndicate the show, which will be executive produced by Shane Farley of “Rachael Ray,” Deadline reports.

The daily talk show will air live and the format will be in the mold of “Live with Kelly.”

CBS will debut the daytime program in fall 2013.

Flay currently stars in the Food Network’s “Bobby Flay’s Barbecue Addiction” and occasionally cooks up segments on “The Today Show.”

De Laurentiis, also a “Today” contributor, has her own Food Network show, “Giada at Home,” which was nominated for five Daytime Emmys this year, the most for any culinary show, says Deadline.
