Despite Ramona Singer’s comments on “The Real Housewives of New York” about Countess LuAnn de Lesseps’s parenting abilities, the reality star is now changing her tune… mostly.
Singer told US Weekly that she would support the Countess becoming a mom again at age 47.
“I think its wonderful that LuAnn is so in love with Jacques,” Singer told the magazine. “She radiates happiness.”
Singer goes on to say that starting over with a new child would be difficult.
“Many women feel when they are dating a younger man they need to give him a child. Perhaps this is what she is feeling. I would think it would be difficult to start over with diapers and bottles etc — being that her two children are almost adults,” she said, before adding, “But she should do whatever makes her happy. Let’s face it, children are always a blessing.”
On Monday’s episode of “Housewives,” the Countess told her teenage daughter Victoria that she’s considering having a baby with her boyfriend, Jacques Azoulay.
