Emily Maynard must be very confidant in her choice and who she ultimately gives the final rose to on “The Bachelorette.” Because when she faces the world with her final pick in the “After the Final Rose” special, it will be live.
For the first time in seven years, ABC has decided to go live with its post-finale special, and for the first time ever, the network is moving the season finale to a different night.
“The Bachelorette” picks her beau (and gets engaged?) in the season finale that will air on Sunday, July 22, from 8 to 10 p.m. on ABC, instead of in its usual Monday night slot. The two hours of reality romance will then be followed by the live “After the Final Rose” special at 10/9c.
Moving “The Bachelorette” to a new night also opens the door for the season premiere of “Bachelor Pad,” which will premiere Monday, July 23 at 8/7c on ABC.
The final four bachelors still in the hunt for Emily’s heart are Arie, Chris, Jef and Sean.
But not all of them will make it to the finale. Especially the one who reveals a bombshell in this week’s Hometown Dates episode…guess who still lives at home with his parents!?
