Julianna Margulies is being sued by a personal-management firm that claims the “Good Wife” star owes them thousands of dollars in fees.

According to the story being reported here on TMZ.com, the firm managed the actress’ career from 2009 to 2011, when she dropped them for unspecified reasons.

During the two-year association, the firm — known as D/F Management — brought Margulies at least two lucrative deals: Her starring role on “The Good Wife” on CBS, and an endorsement deal with L’Oreal cosmetics.

The firm claims Margulies stopped paying her former managers a 10 percent fee for her work in the two gigs after she severed their relationship in 2011.

And since the two jobs are still ongoing, the firm is claiming Margulies owes them $420,000. The suit asks for the back pay, and also to be paid in the future for as long as the two gigs continue.

The TMZ story doesn’t specify where or when the suit was filed, but nevertheless quotes court papers. In addition, the story contained no reaction from Margulies.

Certainly, her job with “The Good Wife” continues. It will be back next season.
