Oh look, a “One Day at a Time” star gets in on a new “sister” act.

Actress Bonnie Franklin has landed a role on the CBS soap “The Young and the Restless,”
reports Entertainment Weekly.

Franklin will play a streetwise nun named Sister Celeste who lends Victor Newman a helping hand, according to EW.

She begins filming this week, with her episodes slated to begin airing in mid-August.

Franklin, who starred as a divorced mom of two teen girls in the sitcom “One Day at a Time” from 1975-1984, also recently appeared on TV Land’s “Hot in Cleveland” — which stars her former TV daughter Valerie Bertinelli.
