Good news for TV’s red-headed stepchild and tired hookers everywhere. Kathy Griffin‘s unpredictable and predictably outrageous weekly talk show will be back.

Bravo has renewed “Kathy” for a second season, it was announced Thursday.

The hourlong show features the comedian and self-professed reality TV addict making wickedly fun observations about the highs and lows from that week in TV and pop culture, along with a rotating panel of “civilians” (ie, funny, non-famous people that she knows…or grabs off the street) and regular appearances from infamous box-wine junkie Maggie Griffin (her mom).

Despite initially declaring the show a celebrity-free zone, Griffin soon enough had famous guests on the couch during Season 1, including her pal Anderson Cooper, late-night host Jimmy Kimmel, fellow female comedians Chelsea Handler and Whitney Cummings, and … Wilson Phillips, the girl band Griffin seems to have an inexplicable girl-crush on.

Griffin’s most recent comedy special for Bravo, “Kathy Griffin: Tired Hooker,” recently earned an Emmy nomination.
