‘Homeland,’ ‘Louie,’ ‘Game of Thrones’ Top TCA Award Winners

The Television Critics Association announced the winners of the 28th annual awards ceremony held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel Saturday night in Beverly Hills.

The event, hosted by “Breaking Bad‘s” Bryan Cranston, honored the best programming from 2011-2012 television season. “Homeland” and “Louie” took home two awards each, while “Game of Thrones” was named “Program of the Year.”

Late-night host David Letterman was honored with the Career Achievement Award and “Cheers” received the “Heritage Award” for its cultural and social impact on society.
