In one of the least surprising eliminations in “Dancing with the Stars” history, viewers decided Pamela Anderson was no All-Star.
The former “Baywatch” babe was the first cast member sent packing in a very competitive Season 15 of ex-champs and runners-up. Pam, who finished sixth during Season 10, simply couldn’t keep up with the other celebrities. She received a dismal score of 17 on Monday night for her sexy but scattered cha cha with partner Tristan MacManus.
After the show, Pam skipped the traditionally mandatory exit interview with the media, leaving good-natured Tristan to make excuses to reporters. “Pam is with her family. Her brother and her mom flew in to see her dance yesterday and today, and she hasn’t seen them in a while. She’s gone to spend a bit of time with them before they fly home,” he explained to xfinityTV.

“She’s obviously disappointed, as we both are,” Tristan revealed. “No one wants to go first but at the same time, someone needs to go, so someone else can move on. She was disappointed but I tried to reassure her that she has to think that she finished 13th out of 15 seasons. It’s an exceptional competition that we’re in this season.”
Because of Pam’s constant work travel schedule, Tristan admitted, “We didn’t get enough rehearsal time. But we can’t use that as an excuse.”
On Monday night, Pam told reporters she was upset her performance hadn’t been better, and hoped to be voted through so she could play an “incredible character” for her Week 2 dance. But it wasn’t to be.
Drew Lachey and Anna Trebunskaya were in the bottom two with Pam and Tristan, but the boybander survived to dance again.

Reflecting on Pam’s “DWTS” experience, Tristan said, “I guess there’s a lot people don’t ‘get’ about her. She’s quite a private person. You don’t see how hard she works.”
The blonde bombshell hinted during “DWTS” on Tuesday night that she might do a Broadway production next. When asked by xfinityTV what that might be, Tristan said, “I don’t know. All I know is there’s been some interest in Pam from Broadway.”
Meanwhile, fellow dancer Kirstie Alley said of Pam, “I think she let her confidence get the best of her. That’s just my opinion. There’s a different kind of pressure than there was the first time. You see the other people rehearsing and you see how good they are and it is hard not to fall apart.”
But another “DWTS” costar, Melissa Rycroft, thought Pam would be just fine: “She’s got a lot to fall back on. She’s Pamela Anderson!”
