CBS personality Craig Ferguson is continuing his role as the bridge that connects late-night television.

After appearing on NBC’s “The Tonight Show” last year to promote the “Winnie the Pooh” movie, and famously wearing a Mickey Mouse glove and waving to rival Jimmy Fallon on “The Late Late Show,” Ferguson will now welcome Jay Leno to his CBS series at the end of the month, according to Deadline.

According to the article, an insider at the show said that “Late Late Show” executive producer Peter Lassally “personally called his ‘Tonight Show’ counterpart Debbie Vickers to arrange the Leno appearance on ‘Late Late Show,’ which is produced by Leno’s longtime rival David Letterman’s Worldwide Pants.”
