Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera are known for sparring on “The Voice,” but the Maroon 5 frontman doesn’t like it when other people take jabs at his fellow “Voice” coach.

During a press conference Friday in New York City, Levine defended Aguilera, who continues to be criticized over her weight. Levine says the body blasting is “bullying” and the haters should “grow up.”

“People shouldn’t say those kind of things, because, f**k you! Come on guys, grow up!” Levine, 33, said, according to Wetpaint, … “That’s bullying.”

“The one thing about the culture right now, celebrity culture particularly, is people feel like they can just say nasty things about other people whether it’s Christina or whether it’s me,” Levine went on. “She gets a lot and it pisses me off … Of course I have her back and of course I defend her.”

For her part, Aguilera, 31, recently told People magazine that she embraces her body and doesn’t let the mean comments get to her.

“I’ve always been one to make it very clear, love me or hate me, take it or leave it, this is who I am,” said Aguilera, the mother of son Max, 4. “I embrace my body, and I embrace everything about myself.”

Although Aguilera stands curvy and proud, Levine still thinks everyone else should just butt out.

“It’s not cool. I’ve never liked it. I think it’s horrible and I’ll totally defend [Christina] when people say things like that because it’s no one’s business,” Levine said.

“The Voice” airs Monday at 8/7c on NBC.
